Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. You must initiate the return process within 30 days of receiving your order. If the item has been assembled or used, it is not eligible for a return. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there are any issues.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, you must email us at [email protected]. In your email, include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed. Please allow up to 3 business days for us to process your request.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and you may be responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. Follow the return process outlined above to initiate your return. Once your return is processed, you can proceed with a new purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos of the damage or defect along with your order number in your email to [email protected]. We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement or refund based on our evaluation.

Final Sale Items

Some items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. These items will be clearly indicated on the product page. Please review the product details carefully before making a purchase to avoid any confusion regarding return eligibility.
